I believe there is lot of Hormuz myopia happening in market where there are so many other important factors.

Iran is not blocking Hormuz because they can't. That's my view.

US gave enough time to lot of those countries in Gulf to evacuate. We have seen even Iran sending instead of 1.2 million barrels per day, 2 million barrels oil out before this happened.
