The shock is far reaching and the impact is wider than expected. Markets are inherently underpricing the risk.

The bigger threat is that many countries are actually running out of oil and other materials.

Stagflation is my base case scenario. Even if the war stops today, it will take 4 to 8 weeks for bottlenecks to clear, pushing up prices.

The market is looking more towards oil prices and the inflationary threat.
